We take great care to package Vivomixx in a thermally lined box with an ice pack enclosed. We use DPD as the courier as have found them most reliable and you will receive an e mail on the delivery date giving you a time window when the delivery will take place.
We can only deliver to mainland UK, and most weeks will ship out Monday-Wednesday to avoid stock being delayed at the weekend.
